You could join the band in one of three ways:-

If you have never played before and want to learn, then the band can provide you with an instrument and tuition

If you are learning to play, have a little knowledge and would like to play with a group, then why not join Barnetby Junior Band.
|
The junior band practices every Monday evening, 6:30 to 7:30pm in the band room on Station Approach in Barnetby.
The Junior Band plays several concerts each year and in recent years have done three concert tours in Europe

If you are a player with several years experience then there may be a position for you in Barnetby Silver Band
|
Barnetby Silver Band practices every Monday and Friday evening, 7:30 to 9:00pm in the band room on Station Approach in Barnetby. The band plays concerts throughout the year at many different concert halls and venues in the area. The band has an excellent reputation for good programmes and fine playing, and concerts are always very well attended.
